精度高的检查井模具制造困难
根据塑件的几何结构特点、和尺寸精度的要求,进行批量生产,而精度高的检查井模具制造困难,需要有特定的工作人员来进行生产制造,不能大批量生产。分型面的位置要利于模具加工、排气、脱模及成型操作,而检查井制品的表面质量也要得到保障。
